One of my favorite things to make are nutritional bowls, vegan poke and sushi bowls. Once I tried a nori bowl in a restaurant and thought it was a great idea. It is basically a salad, or prepared ingredients, on a sheet of toasted nori.
What’s great about this is the versatility. You can choose the ingredients of your choice that you love. This nori bowl is full of healthy veggies and grains! There is protein, healthy fats and complex carbs. Miso sauce adds a bit of zest to this dish.
Everything is very simple, but it is incredibly tasty!
