Ingredients
  

  • 500 g cauliflower, raw
  • 240 ml plant-based milk, oat or soy
  • 140 g chickpea flour
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp spicy red pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 40 g maple syrup

Instructions

  • Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • In the bowl, mix flour, milk, spices, and maple syrup together to make the batter.
  • Dip the florets in the batter mixture and place on a silicon mat or parchment paper.
  • Bake at 200C/400F for 20 minutes.
