- 500 g cauliflower, raw
- 240 ml plant-based milk, oat or soy
- 140 g chickpea flour
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp spicy red pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 40 g maple syrup
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- In the bowl, mix flour, milk, spices, and maple syrup together to make the batter.
- Dip the florets in the batter mixture and place on a silicon mat or parchment paper.
- Bake at 200C/400F for 20 minutes.
