Summer is coming and here in Georgia, some days are pretty hot.
On hot days, I like to make something simple and refreshing. For example, ice cream! This ice cream contains only 4 ingredients – frozen bananas, mangoes, pitaya powder (dragon fruit), and lemon juice. It turned out sweet and delicious without any sweetener at all!
Pitaya Nice Cream
Delicious ice cream without sugar

Ingredients
- 500 g bananas, frozen
- 300 g mango, frozen
- 4 tbsp pitaya powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend to a smooth consistency.
- Garnish with nuts, cocoa pieces, and berries on the top.
