Ingredients
Lower Layer
- 425 g coconut milk, 1 can
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 100 g Liquid sweetener
Top Layer
- 300 g blueberries, frozen
- 100 g liquid sweetener
Instructions
- For the bottom layer, mix coconut milk, sweetener, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Blend well, fill 3/4 of the popsicle mold, and place in the freezer for at least 30 min.
- For the top layer, blend the berries and sweetener together until smooth.
- Add the berry mix to the popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours.
