Aloo Matar

Aloo matar

Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite recipes with you – Aloo Matar. Aloo Matar is a recipe from North India. It’s potato dish with aromatic spices in a tomato-coconut sauce. I didn’t use any oil or butter. The Indian spices, and tomato-coconut sauce make this dish so delicious.

I highly recommend you try making this dish. It’s very easy and quite quick to prepare. All the spices can be purchased on Amazon or at your nearest Indian supermarket if you have one nearby. This dish can be served with fresh cilantro, rice or roti bread. Enjoy!
