It’s watermelon season right now. I never get tired of it. We buy watermelons all summer long. Who needs ice cream when you can make a watermelon slushie.
Just blend 3 ingredients together – frozen watermelon, lime, and maple syrup – in a blender. The slushie absolutely sugar-free. If your watermelon is sweet enough, you can skip the maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 1 kg watermelon, cubed and frozen
- 25 g lemon juice
- 50 g maple syrup, (optional)
Instructions
- Freeze watermelon cubes for about 5 hours
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend
