- 650 g raw potatoes
- 180 g medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 4 pieces whole cardamom
- 150 g coconut cream
- 50 g frozen green peas
Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them until slightly soft.
Heat the pan to medium heat. Place the onions and garlic. Cook until slightly golden.
Add tomatoes, spices, and coconut cream. Cook for a few minutes.
Add potatoes and frozen green peas. Cook for another few minutes. Serve the potatoes with fresh cilantro.
