- 500 g cauliflower, raw
- 240 ml plant-based milk, oat or soy
- 140 g chickpea flour
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp spicy red pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 40 g maple syrup
Cut the cauliflower into florets.
In the bowl, mix flour, milk, spices, and maple syrup together to make the batter.
Dip the florets in the batter mixture and place on a silicon mat or parchment paper.
Bake at 200C/400F for 20 minutes.
