- 1 block tofu, firm
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Indian black salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
Heat pan to a medium heat.
Mash tofu with a fork.
Place tofu on the pan, along with spices, and mix well.
Cook for about 10 minutes, mixing intermittently.
Serve tofu scramble on a toast with cherry tomatoes and chives, or your choice of garnish.
