- 140 g green buckwheat groats
- 20 g flaxseed meal
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 100 g maple syrup
- 300 ml water
Grind buckwheat groats into flour.
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Blend the mixture with a mixer until smooth.
Preheat a non-stick pan to medium heat.
Cook on both sides.
