- 75 g g raw spinach
- 300 g green apple, 1 large
- 1 lime, without skin
- 2 kiwis, without skin
- 2 celery stalks
- 10 g raw ginger
- 5-10 g fresh parsley
- 200 g cucumber, without skin
Remove the skin off the lime, kiwi, and cucumber.
Chop the veggies and fruit if they are too large.
Add the veggies and fruits to the juicer one by one.
