- 1/2 tbsp ginger root, raw
- 1 tbsp carrot
- 2 tsp onion, chopped
- 1 oz peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic , fresh
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/2 tomato, small
- 3 tsp tamari, or soy sauce
Put all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
Pour into glass bottle or jar and chill before serving
Stores in the refrigerator for about 1 week
