  • 1 Cabbage head
  • 30 g tahini paste
  • 30 g lemon juice

Spices

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • tsp black pepper
  • tsp red paprika

Instructions

  • Cut the cabbage into 1 inch thick discs.
  • Make the sauce by combining the rest of the ingredients, and mix well. You can add some water to thin the sauce.
  • Brush the cabbage discs with the sauce to coat them thoroughly. Flip the cabbage and repeat the same thing.
  • Bake the cabbage steaks at 400F/200C for about 30 min or until golden brown.
