- 300 g red or white quinoa, cooked
- 180 g white beans, cooked
- 100 g mashed potatoes
- 100 g onion, grated on grater
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Combine all the ingredients together. Mix well.
Measure 1 tbsp of the mixture, and roll into a ball with you hands.
Bake the quinoa balls in the oven at 350F/180C for about 20 min, until they are crispy.
