Instructions
Dough
Mix in the bowl flour, salt, starter and warm water.
Knead the dough for several minutes until smooth and consistent.
Roll out the dough and form the pizza crust.
Place the pizza dough in the greased pizza mold.
Let it rise overnight or for about 8-9 hours.
Vegan Pizza Cheese
Mix all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
Blend until mixture warms up from the blending action and mixture begins to thicken.
If you don't have high speed blender that can use a saucepan to warm and thicken the mixture.
Toppings
Spread pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice such as bell pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, olives, basil, spinach, etc.
